Robert C. Pollock is a dual-licensed attorney in Michigan and Arizona who concentrates his practice on Municipal Law, Corporate/Business Law, Real Estate/HOA Law, and Criminal Prosecution. Robert graduated magna cum laude from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2013 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Certificate of Legal Studies. From there, he moved on to law school, where he graduated in 2017 from the top-25 U.S. News & World Report ranked Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Robert started his law career in municipal law and prosecution, working as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Sedona, Arizona in 2017. From there, he moved into private practice, working with a firm in a variety of corporate compliance, real estate, collections, and contractual issues for HOAs and Condominium Associations. Robert joined Fausone Bohn, LLP in 2021, and works on municipal, commercial, and real estate issues for the firm. As a lifelong soccer player, he enjoys playing soccer and keeping active. In his free time, Robert can also be found learning new songs on bass guitar, volunteering at his local church parish, or playing tennis with his wife Magdalena.
