Christine Rodrigues is a recent grad from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and majored in Political Science and International studies with a focus in Security, Norms, and Cooperation. She also minored in the German language and traveled to Bohn, Germany to further her studies in the language. Christine also completed a cultural study during her time as an undergrad student in South Korea. She spent much of her time in the busy city of Seoul. Not only did Christine spend time in Seoul, SK, she also spent a significant amount of time in Dongducheon, SK where her now-husband was stationed at Camp Casey.

Before attending law school, Christine lived in El Paso, Texas at Fort Bliss Army base where her husband was stationed for a period of time. While her family was stationed at Fort Bliss she worked as a volunteer legal assistant at the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) legal office. Here, she assisted soldiers and their families seeking legal aid. While in Texas, Christine also worked for the Texas Attorney General's Child Support Division assisting families in enforcing child support orders.

During Christine's time as a law student she worked as a clerk for Satawa Law, PLLC, focusing primarily on criminal matters. She also took the opportunity to participate in the Veteran's Law Clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy. While participating in this clinic, she was able to assist veterans with their disability claims and appeals. Christine is excited to carry her learned experience at the clinic over to the firm's veterans disability practice group, Legal Help for Veterans, PLLC, as a new attorney. Christine comes from a family filled with veterans, tracing back to the World War II era, with whom she shares close relationships. Christine's close affiliation with veterans in her family has inspired her interest in veterans and military law. At Legal Help for Veterans, Christine will place her focus towards assisting veterans in obtaining their service-connected disability benefits before both the Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
