Mr. Campbell concentrates his practice in civil and corporate litigation. He has been lead trial counsel in litigation throughout Michigan, Georgia and the Sixth Circuit. He has participated in the firm's litigation team in several recent noteworthy successes including White, et al v Wolverine Pipeline Oil Co., arising out of the June 2000 pipeline break in Jackson County causing severe contamination of property. Also, he led the firm's 2001 litigation effort which won a multi-million dollar jury verdict for construction defects and violations of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Campbell has also successfully represented the firm's corporate clients in commercial litigation matters. He is a former general counsel for a national franchise restaurant chain and has been involved in venture capital efforts and private stock placement. He is a 1979 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State College.
