Mr. Bohn concentrates his practice in real estate and environmental law. He is a leading practitioner in Brownfield funding, tax increment financing, wetland permitting and challenged property development. Mr. Bohn practiced with Dykema Gossett from 1988-1995 before starting this firm in 1995. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Oregon Law School, where he obtained a Certificate of Completion for Environmental Law Curriculum, and received his (B.G.S.) undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources, awarded in 1985. He is a former chair of the Michigan Bar’s Natural Resources and Wetlands Committee; and a member of the Environmental Council and National Brownfields Association. He is an alumni of Leadership Oakland and an active member and former Chairman of the Board of Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan.
