Mr. Viterna concentrates his practice in civil matters with a special emphasis on veterans law, elder law, and estate planning. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and is the veterans practice group leader. He is certified by ICLE in probate and estate planning. He retired after over thirty years of active military service. He is a 1995 graduate of the Detroit College of Law. He received his Masters degree from Central Michigan University in 1990 in Science and Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1976.
