He graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1998 where he received academic awards for his trial skills. Since that time, he has developed a reputation as an outstanding trial attorney. Mr. Mandell is a former political consultant with experience at the local, state, and national levels. He is the past chair of the Wayne 13th Republican Caucus.
