Mr. Hess concentrates his practice in complex commercial and environmental litigation. Mark has more than 24 years of litigation management experience, primarily relating to environmental and asbestos litigation. Mark's experience in dealing with the complex issues associated with mass tort litigation and related SEC reporting, insurance coverage management and liability estimation is unmatched in his field.

Mark is Director in the Insurance & Claims Services Practice of Navigant Consulting, Inc. He previously was Associate General Counsel, Special Litigation for Cooper Industries in Houston, Texas. He was Director of Dana Environmental Services for Dana Corporation for 17 years.
