Mrs. Donegan concentrates her practice completely within veterans law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Baltimore, School of Law where she was a law foundation scholar. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Baltimore, School of Business, where she obtained a BS in Business Administration in 1991. She has worked as a general practitioner and, more recently, as an attorney in the field of social security. She has lived in Michigan for almost fifteen years and is proud to be raising her family in the state.
