Mr. Fausone concentrates his practice in business matters, litigation, environmental regulation and veterans law. Mr. Fausone practiced with Dykema Gossett from 1982-1993 before withdrawing from the partnership to become President of a multi-million dollar industrial services, waste transportation and environmental contracting company. He understands entrepreneurs as he has started multiple businesses. He is a 1981 magna cum laude graduate from Gonzaga University Law School and received his undergraduate degrees in environmental engineering and oceanography from the University of Michigan in 1976. He has been chair of the University of Michigan College of Engineering Alumni Society Board, a former member of Young President's Organization (YPO), a former Commissioner of the State Bar of Michigan, a board member of The Library Network, a 2003 Habitat for Humanity Western Wayne County Volunteer of the Year, a 2004 Leadership Canton graduate, UM Club of Greater Northville board member, an elected board member of the Canton Public Library, and a member of the Schoolcraft College Foundation Board of Governors. He is married to Brigadier General Carol Ann Fausone, Assistant Adjutant General for Veterans Affairs in the State of Michigan.
