Daniel joined the Fausone Bohn team in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Wayne County in the Elder Abuse Unit, where he fought for the rights of Michigan seniors. His experience ranges from nursing home abuse, to fraud, to other crimes involving assault of seniors, including robbery, home invasions, sexual assaults and homicides. Daniel continues to hone his trial skills with the firm in civil litigation matters.

Today, Daniel continues to advocate for seniors’ rights and expand his elder law practice with Fausone Bohn, in addition to handling other litigation matters in the family and criminal practice arenas. With his substantial trial experience, Daniel is prepared to take any case to trial for a client, if necessary.

Daniel also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit – his law school Alma mater. While attending Wayne State University Law School, he was a member of the Student Board of Governors and the Moot Court Team. His skills in trial go back to the Moot Court team, which won the 6th Circuit Division and went on to compete in the National Finals.

In his spare time, Daniel is an avid reader and enjoys traveling. His sports allegiances are with his hometown of Buffalo, NY. The rest of his free time is happily spent with his significant other and her two children.
